    my story

    Weight Watchers* changed my life when I was in university and my confidence rocketed when I lost 2 stone! Two children later, I needed to lose weight again! So as my friend was already a member of Slimming World*, I thought I would give it a go for a change. So far I’ve lost 31 lbs :)
    I always need to keep a log of my food and wanted something in a book not sheets of paper. So this is where 'My Foody Diary' came from, it’s also really pretty, which looks nice on my desk or in my handbag.

    tip: midweek weigh-in

    If like me your weigh-in day isn’t on a Monday, our week-to-view diary is still really useful – all you need to do is simply start your food logging week on the day of your weigh-in, fill-in the rest of the week and after Sunday, move back to Monday. Once you’ve reached your weigh-in day again, just turn the page for the next week :) Eg. My weigh-in day is a Wednesday, so I add my food Wednesday to Sunday, then finish my week by moving back to completing Monday to Tuesday.
