PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT

Please note that we do not alter our Site’s data collection and use practices when we see a Do Not Track signal from your browser.
YOUR RIGHTS (GDPR)
If you are a European resident, you have the right to access personal information we hold about you and to ask that your personal information be corrected, updated, or deleted. If you would like to exercise this right, please contact us through the contact information below.
Additionally, if you are a European resident we note that we are processing your information in order to fulfill contracts we might have with you (for example if you make an order through the Site), or otherwise to pursue our legitimate business interests listed above. When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.
We strive to send out relevant emails to subscribers and customers who actively consent to receiving them. In accordance with GDPR, the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation, members of the EU have the right to actively consent to emails they receive. We strive to comply with these policies and because it enables you as the email recipient to get only the emails you want, and nothing else.

Business-to-Business marketing (B2B)
We occasionally send emails to businesses to promote our products and services. In accordance with GDPR, we only contact corporate bodies (a company, Scottish partnership, limited liability partnership or government body). We do not email Sole Traders or employees at a corporate body, unless previously agreed.
If you have received one of our marketing emails in error, please contact us so we can make sure you are not contacted in future.
We use the third party website Mailchimp to help us with our B2B marketing emails. Unsubscribe at Any Time
You have the right to unsubscribe from all email messages from aabe creative, including newsletters, promotions, announcements, and other updates. You can easily unsubscribe from these emails by clicking the relevant link at the bottom of the email message. You can also contact us to make this request. The right to unsubscribe does not pertain to transactional emails, such as receipts, transaction records, login information sent when signing up for a new service, or other legally required messages.
