Pre-order My Lush Planner

With Christmas fast approaching we have taken some time to start planning our exciting new ideas for 2020 and how our lovely customers can order them.

Our first big change will be for our My Lush Planner. From now on this planner will be available as a pre-order only. We have taken this decision to help us with the demand and to manage delivery expectations.

There will be two pre-order windows throughout the year...

• SPRING: Pre-orders open April 2020, dispatched in May 2020
• WINTER: Pre-orders open October 2020, and dispatched November 2020

To help anyone out who needs a My Lush Planner before January 2020, we will open up a pre-order window on our website from today until 10pm Wednesday 18th December - if you know you'll need one before next year, now's your chance.
These will be sent before January, not before Christmas.

We hope this all makes sense and you understand. We plan to bring out lots of new exciting products next year so watch this space.
